  So complicated review here. I would read this completely or not at all. I was moving basically 1.5 rooms and a garage workshop. In the garage are two rather heavy… read more machines. The dispatch from Kwik told me they would bring a lift gate truck. The foreman forgot that.  So they had to go rent a flat bed trailer for it and then that took a lot of extra time which I was charged for.

They told me they would arrive between 8-9am…. They texted me day of and told me because of traffic it would be 10am. They texted at 8:45. They also showed up in a «Aria's Moving» branded truck which was a bit weird and nowhere did it say kwik… but I get it. No biggie.

Also, the quote online was for $135 an hour for 3 guys but they charged me $149 an hour which I didn't realize until now.

So instead of $135 an hour plus $80 for fuel which is not mentioned at all until you call btw for a total of roughly $550 for the move, it cost me $800. This was a pretty big mark off for me. Given it was their fault they forgot the lift gate truck and brought a normal truck. I think the mix up with the hourly rate was not deliberate. My feeling was that they have alot of quotes out etc and it was just a mix up. The foreman and dispatch seem like very honest people.

I would give them 3 stars if it wasn't for 1 thing: the 3 movers were absolutely incredible otherwise.

All my fragile items were taken VERY good care of. I have a super sensitive and very heavy server rack…. They wrapped it so unbelievably well and were so so careful with it. They moved a safe for me and when they delivered it, it was deliberately hidden in the middle of boxes so other people couldn't see, which shows how much they took care. I inspected the truck after at their request to ensure everything was moved out. And despite the annoying part of not having the correct truck, they moved both machines, one a very large 600lbs+ CNC machine, WITHOUT 1 SCRATCH. They didn't spill 1 drop of the coolant either! I even tested the tramming and it was off maybe a couple thousandths on an inch… meaning they were taking EXTRA care. It moves that much when I move it around the shop! And even I spill coolant.

Not 1 item was damaged and in the lot were 2 sensitive machines, glassware, many loose monitors, TVs, etc

The team's care and ability to handle my stuff so carefully and transport it all fast and safely turn my 3 star review into a 5 star one. Those guys earned it 100%. So would I recommend them? Yes! Just make sure you communicate to the foreman AND dispatch if you have special requirements and do so repeatedly so they don't forget! I will most likely use them again.

The movers were friendly and professional — each item was handled with care, furniture covered with blankets and plastic wrap to protect it. When items were already damaged or scratched, they would also make sure we were aware to avoid any discrepancies in the future and to make sure the items weren't damaged further.

When arriving at the new place, the unloading was quick and easy and they always asked where various furniture and boxes should go.

I don't plan to do this big of a move for a while but will happily recommend this company to anyone who needs movers.
